Do You Have Any Questions?
What types of healthcare support staff do you provide?
We supply the essential non-clinical and semi-clinical workforce that keeps a medical facility running:
Patient Care: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Patient Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Caregivers.
Clinical Support: Ward Boys, Stretcher Bearers, and Medical Lab Assistants.
Facility Support: Hospital Housekeepers (trained in sterile zones), Laundry Staff, and Dietary/Kitchen Helpers.
Are your Nursing Assistants and Ward Boys formally trained?
Yes. We prioritize candidates who hold diplomas in Nursing or have completed vocational training in General Patient Care. We verify their ability to:
Assist with mobility (lifting and transferring patients safely).
Monitor basic vitals (Temperature, BP, Pulse).
Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, grooming, and feeding).
What medical screenings do the candidates undergo?
Healthcare workers must be in peak health. Every candidate undergoes a rigorous medical exam including:
Infectious Diseases: Screening for Tuberculosis (TB), Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and Syphilis.
Vaccinations: Ensuring they are up-to-date with mandatory shots (COVID-19, MMR, Tetanus, etc.).
Physical Fitness: Checking for skin conditions and physical endurance for long hospital shifts.
How well do the staff communicate in English?
In a medical environment, a misunderstanding can be critical.
Caregivers/Aides: We screen for Intermediate English to ensure they can follow doctor instructions and report patient changes accurately.
General Support: We ensure “Functional English” for reading safety signs, chemical labels, and following basic verbal commands.
Are your staff aware of patient privacy (HIPAA/Data Protection)?
Yes. Our pre-departure orientation includes a module on Patient Confidentiality. Staff are taught that patient information—whether spoken or on a chart—is strictly private and must never be shared.
