Become Our Manpower Partner in the Gulf
A manpower partnership in the Gulf is a long-term arrangement in which a recruitment agency manages the sourcing, testing, documentation and mobilisation of workers for a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) employer through one accountable team. Manpower BD offers this partnership, supplying skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Bangladeshi workers. Under its Employer Pays commitment, the employer carries the recruitment costs, not the worker.
Trade-tested skilled and semi-skilled workers matched to your Gulf trades and volumes.
Recognition of Prior Learning that certifies experienced workers for skilled-tier Gulf roles.
Verified, comparable worker profiles so your team shortlists the right people quickly.
Support that returns experienced overseas talent to skilled work through safe re-migration.
One Accountable Channel
From the first demand letter to final mobilisation, a single partner stays accountable for the outcome. You brief one team on trades, numbers and terms, and that team manages sourcing, documentation and deployment. There is no chain of unnamed sub-agents to chase when something needs answering.
Employer Pays, Zero-Cost Worker Visa
Under the Employer Pays Principle, the sponsoring employer carries the hiring costs so the worker travels on a zero-cost worker visa. Workers pay no recruitment fee and arrive with a clear reason to stay and perform. For your business, that means steadier retention and an ethical labour supply chain.
Compliant Documentation
Demand letters, powers of attorney and employment contracts are prepared and attested in the correct order, so a placement rests on the right paperwork. Medical fitness checks and clearance are completed before travel. This discipline keeps your hiring defensible and cuts the risk of costly delays.
Safe Migration and Readiness
Safe migration is treated as part of the service, not an afterthought. Workers receive pre-departure orientation on host-country rules, work conditions and daily life, so they land ready to contribute. Prepared, informed workers are better placed to settle in and stay on.
Why Partner with Manpower BD in the Gulf?
Partnering with Manpower BD gives your Gulf operation one accountable team for sourcing, vetting and mobilisation, so you spend less time managing the process and more time running your projects. Ethical hiring under the Employer Pays Principle and disciplined documentation mean skilled workers are prepared and compliant before they travel. Placements follow the Overseas Employment and Migrants Act, 2013 (Act No. 48 of 2013), the statute that governs overseas employment from Bangladesh. Manpower BD recruits under Government-Approved Recruiting Licence RL-1472. Reviewed by Manpower BD Team.
How does the Employer Pays Principle work for a partner?
Under the Employer Pays Principle, recruitment-related costs sit with the sponsoring employer rather than the worker. The worker travels on a zero-cost worker visa and starts the job without having paid a recruitment fee. In practice this supports retention and keeps your hiring aligned with responsible-sourcing standards.
What kinds of skilled workers can we source?
Our pool covers skilled, semi-skilled and general workers, from technicians and supervisors to fitters, riggers and scaffolders. Each candidate is trade-tested and credential-checked against your specification before shortlisting, and practical testing takes priority over paper certificates. Experienced workers without them can be certified through Recognition of Prior Learning.
How is safe migration built into the process?
Safe migration runs through each stage, from an honest briefing at sign-up to pre-departure orientation before travel. Workers learn what to expect from the role, the host country and daily life, which reduces confusion and disputes after arrival. Fitness checks and clearance are completed before travel, so people travel documented and prepared.
Can we scale hiring for large projects?
For sizeable demand, deployment is staged against your project timeline rather than delivered in one uncontrolled wave, so accommodation and onboarding keep pace. You brief the trades and phasing once, and the pipeline is planned around that brief. This keeps mobilisation steady even when the workforce need is substantial.
How Do You Become a Manpower Partner in the Gulf?
How do we start a manpower partnership?
Brief us on the trades, numbers, destination and terms you need. The steps that follow are:
- We send a written proposal setting out each charge.
- Your demand letter and power of attorney are attested.
- Your team shortlists trade-tested candidates using verified worker profiles.
- Selected workers take the GCC medical examination and receive visas.
- They complete pre-departure orientation and Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) clearance, then travel.
Who pays the recruitment agency fees?
The employer does. Our Employer Pays commitment means the employer covers the agency fee, trade test, GCC medical examination, visa, BMET clearance and air ticket, so the worker visa is zero-cost, and our policy is that nothing is deducted from wages. There is no fixed partner fee: each engagement is quoted in writing for your trades, volumes and hiring model before you commit. The aim is low-cost, predictable migration for your business.
What if a worker is not the right fit?
If a genuine issue arises, we arrange a fair replacement or remedy within the terms of our worker replacement warranty, rather than leaving you short-handed. We also work to prevent mismatches before selection, through practical trade tests, credential checks and an honest briefing on the role, the site and the host country. The aim is a working relationship, not a one-off transaction.
Which Gulf countries do you recruit for?
We recruit for the six Gulf Cooperation Council states: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Visa and document rules differ between these states, so demand letters, contracts and visa files are prepared for the country you are hiring into. Tell us the destination and start date you need, and both the recruitment schedule and the pre-departure orientation are planned around that country.
Is Manpower BD a licensed recruiting agency?
Yes. Manpower BD holds Government-Approved Recruiting Licence RL-1472, and overseas recruitment from Bangladesh is governed by the Overseas Employment and Migrants Act, 2013 (Act No. 48 of 2013). Each worker also completes BMET clearance, the official emigration clearance for Bangladeshi workers, before departure. Your compliance team can note RL-1472 in its supplier records for each placement.
