How do you verify the skills of welders and pipefitters?
We adhere to strict international standards. All technical candidates undergo practical Trade Tests at government-approved centers, witnessed by third-party inspectors if required.
Welders: We test for 3G, 4G, and 6G positions using SMAW, GTAW (TIG), and FCAW processes. We ensure test coupons pass Radiographic Testing (RT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) before shortlisting.
Standards: We verify competencies against ASME IX, API 1104, and AWS D1.1 codes.
Fabricators/Fitters: We assess their ability to read isometric drawings (P&ID) and perform precise fit-ups.
Can you supply manpower for specialized NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) roles?
Yes. We recruit certified NDT technicians (Level II/III) for various methods, including Radiography, Ultrasonics, Magnetic Particle, and Dye Penetrant testing. We verify their ASNT or PCN certifications prior to submission.
Are your workers trained in Oil & Gas safety protocols?
