Welcome to manpower.bd. These Terms and Conditions govern the recruitment and manpower supply services provided by our agency. By engaging our services, whether as an employer (Principal) or a candidate, you agree to comply with the following terms.


1. Scope of Services

  • Unskilled Labour Supply: We provide rapid deployment of general labor for industrial, construction, and manufacturing projects.

  • Skilled Overseas Recruitment: We facilitate the placement of certified professionals (Engineers, IT, Healthcare, etc.) in international markets.

  • End-to-End Handling: Services include candidate sourcing, rigorous trade testing, medical examinations, and visa processing.

2. Employer (Principal) Obligations

To initiate recruitment, the employer must provide the following original, attested documents:

  • Demand Letter: Specifying job categories, quantities, salaries, and benefits (food, accommodation, medical).

  • Power of Attorney: Authorizing us to act as your legal representative in Bangladesh for government and embassy formalities.

  • Agency Agreement: A signed contract outlining the framework of the supply and demand for manpower.

  • Individual Employment Contract: Signed by both parties, clearly stating working hours, overtime, and leave entitlements.

3. Recruitment & Placement Process

  • Screening: We maintain a vast database of verified candidates and conduct thorough background and skill checks.

  • Interviews: Employers may conduct final selections via direct interviews or trade tests at our facilities in Dhaka.

  • Medical Fitness: Only candidates certified as medically fit by government-approved centers will be deployed.

4. Fees and Financial Terms

  • Service Charges: Fees for recruitment and administration are detailed in the specific Agency Agreement or invoice.

  • Zero Recruitment Fee Policy: In compliance with international human rights standards, workers shall not be charged any direct or indirect fees for their placement.

  • Repatriation & Replacement: If a worker fails to complete their 90-day probationary period for valid reasons, the agency will provide a replacement at its own expense.

5. Compliance and Welfare

  • Regulatory Adherence: All operations strictly follow the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and the regulations of the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment.

  • Worker Welfare: Employers must guarantee safe working conditions, proper housing, and timely salary payments as specified in the Demand Letter.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All personal and professional data shared by candidates and employers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for recruitment purposes.

7. Termination and Dispute Resolution

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.

  • Disputes: Any disputes arising from the employment contract should first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be referred to the Labour Wing of the Bangladesh Consulate or relevant judicial authorities.
